All items that are under 2kg are packed in parcels which are then sent out to the address given in your order via Royal Mail second class and should be delivered within 2-3 working days.
All items that are over 2kg are packed in parcels which are then mailed out to the address given by DPD on a next-day service.
Please note that our orders are mailed out on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. So for instance orders made on a Friday will be mailed out the following Tuesday
Also any orders made on Thursdays after 1pm will be mailed out the following Tuesday, and any orders made on Tuesdays after 1pm will be mailed out on the Thursday directly after.
Orders involving more than 6 bottles of bath products will be mailed out via DPD service rather than Royal Mail second class.
Orders made from Europe which involve products weighing over 2kg will need to be broken down into smaller orders weighing under 2kg. For instance, we can deliver 6 bottles of shampoo (weighing under 2kg in total) to a European address, but not 7 bottles of shampoo (weighing over 2kg in total).
All international parcels should take 3-5 working days to be delivered. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us immediately via the enquiries page or directly to email@example.com
All hemp oil will be mailed out via DPD service rather than Royal Mail second class, due to the product involving glass which is classed as dangerous goods.
Hemp oil and hemp seeds are not available for European orders.
Please note we are unable to ship to countries outside Europe. This includes the USA and Australia – we are unable to accept orders from these countries.

Naturally we hope that you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery.
The Returns Policy only applies to products purchased from this website. If you have purchased a Yaoh product from another supplier you will need to return the product(s) to the supplier where you purchased them from.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incorrect order, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (i.e. one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods upon the return of the product(s) to us, provided you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our Returns Address (see below) within 14 working days of delivery.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Out Of Stock Products
We always try to fulfil your orders at 100%, however, sometimes it might happen that an item becomes out of stock when an order is made. If that happens, we will inform you by email as soon as you have placed your order. You will be given the choice to put your order on hold until the out of stock item is available again, or to request your order to be shipped without the unavailable item. If you choose not to wait, a refund will be given to you for the out of stock item(s).
Please note that if after we have emailed you about the status of your order and we haven’t heard back from you within 3 days, we will automatically refund you the out of stock item(s) and dispatch your order without it.
