Shipping policy

General policy

All items that are under 2kg are packed in parcels which are then sent out to the address given in your order via Royal Mail second class and should be delivered within 2-3 working days from receiving your dispatch email.

All items that are over 2kg are packed in parcels which are then mailed out to the address given by FedEx on a next-day service.

Please note that our orders are mailed out on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. So for instance orders made on a Friday will be mailed out the following Tuesday

Also any orders made on Thursdays after 1pm will be mailed out the following Tuesday, and any orders made on Tuesdays after 1pm will be mailed out on the Thursday directly after.

Exceptions

Orders involving more than 6 bottles of bath products will be mailed out via FedEx service rather than Royal Mail second class.

Please note we are unable to ship to countries outside the UK. This includes the Europe, USA and Australia – we are unable to accept orders from these countries.

Returns Policy

Naturally we hope that you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery.

The Returns Policy only applies to products purchased from this website. If you have purchased a Yaoh product from another supplier you will need to return the product(s) to the supplier where you purchased them from.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incorrect order, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (i.e. one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods upon the return of the product(s) to us, provided you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our Returns Address (see below) within 14 working days of delivery.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Out Of Stock Products 

We always try to fulfil your orders at 100%, however, sometimes it might happen that an item becomes out of stock when an order is made. If that happens, we will inform you by email as soon as you have placed your order. You will be given the choice to put your order on hold until the out of stock item is available again, or to request your order to be shipped without the unavailable item. If you choose not to wait, a refund will be given to you for the out of stock item(s).

Please note that if after we have emailed you about the status of your order and we haven’t heard back from you within 3 days, we will automatically refund you the out of stock item(s) and dispatch your order without it.
