The coconut fragrance in some of our bodycare products does not contain any coconut oil, and is known as ‘nature identical’ – this is a fragrance based on an original smell but built up in the laboratory to replicate the smell. This is commonly used for fruit fragrances especially. It differs from a synthetic fragrance which can contain anything without being based on the original smell
