For orders made in the UK
Any order that involves Royal Mail second class delivery will incur a delivery fee of £4.25 and should be delivered within 2-5 working days of receiving your dispatch email. We aim to have all orders delivered within 7 working days from ordering (Working days Mon-Fri, none working days Sat and Sun).
Any order that involves FedEx next-day delivery service will incur a delivery fee of £8.87 and in some cases this is subsidised at £4.99
Free shipping applies for orders over £60.00 made in the UK only.
Any order involving only lip balms of up to 7 in quantity will incur a delivery fee of up to £1.55. Orders of 8-15 only lip balms will incur a delivery fee of £1.90. Orders involving 16+ lip balms will incur the standard Royal Mail Second Class delivery fee of £4.25p

Dates of Delivery
Please note that our orders are mailed out on Thursdays only. So for instance orders made on a Friday will be mailed out the following Thursday. The only time this may differ is when there is a staff shortage or a large increase in orders. We are a small independent business and this is to keep our costs down.
Also any orders made on Thursday after 1pm will be mailed out on the following Thursday.
